We are now open at our new home - Woodhouse Community Centre.

We'll have full timetable of activities within a couple weeks, below is an outline of what's happening this week and next week.

As you may have heard, there has been no electricity or heating at Oblong's Beulah Hall centre for the last couple of weeks. This has been through no fault of Oblong's and is something we are unable to do anything about. We have tried to negotiate with our landlord to resolve the situation, but have been unsuccessful and the power is still off. Therefore, Oblong is moving out of Beulah Hall.

Oblong is still without lighting or heating. We have had to shut the building but most of our activities are still happening. We're very sorry for the inconvenience that this causes. We hope the problem will be resolved shortly and in the mean time we're finding other venues for activities.

Tuesday 1st Dec
Community Transformers course, 10am at The Fred Shed, 45 Westfield Road, LS3 1DG.

Due to a problem with our power supply, Oblong is currently without lighting or heating. We have had to shut the building and suspend all our activities. We're very sorry for the inconvenience that this causes. We hope the problem will be resolved by the end of the week and in the mean time we're finding other venues for activities.

Tuesday 24th Nov
Community Transformers course, 10am at Leeds Met Student Union meeting room.
Design Collective cancelled.

Wednesday 25th

Oblong will be holding two consultation events on Woodhouse Community Centre on 1st and 3rd October. The events are to help us develop a business plan for the transfer of the Centre's management to Oblong.

The Thursday event will run between 3pm and 7pm.

The Saturday event will run between 11am and 2pm.
