Free office space at Oblong

Oblong is offering up to 8 Leeds based, not for profit groups, working with a social aim, the chance to have free office space with us for up to 6 months, to help you develop your project.

The Co-operative Foundation has kindly granted us the money to make this possible.

You will have 24hour access to our resource centre , your own desk, filing cabinet, storage space and where possible a computer (though we cannot guarantee the computer). You will also have broadband internet access. The only thing you will have to pay for is your printing and stationary costs!

The office space will be allocated through an application process on a quarterly basis. Applicants will be initially awarded a 3 month contract and may apply for a three months extension.

Closing Dates for applications are 15th December

If you are interested in free office space with us, all you need to do is complete the attached short form and if we think your project is suitable, we’ll invite you in for a chat.

We will prioritise projects that are one or more of the following;

• Not for profit
• Locally led and run (beneficiaries of the project are from within Woodhouse, Little London, Hyde Park or Burley areas of the city)
• Can demonstrate evidence of co-operative values such as self help, equality, democracy, concern for the community
• Have social aims
• Can demonstrate a priority need for office space
• Are low income/unfunded projects, with an income of under £15k
