Rooms for Hire

Woodhouse Community Centre offers a range of rooms for hire of varying sizes, suitable for many different activities and events. There is wi-fi internet access throughout the building and all rooms are networked to the building-wide phone system, making communication with reception and other rooms easy. The building entrance is fully accessible from the street, and all first floor rooms are accessible by lift, with disabled-accessible toilets on the ground floor. On-street parking is available near the centre, which is also easily accessible by public transport (appx. 2 miles from Leeds Rail Station; 1 mile from Burley Park rail station; busses 1, 6, 28, 51, 55, 56, and 97 stopping within ½ mile).

Rooms by the hour

Flexible furniture throughout the building makes it possible to arrange each room to suit users’ needs. We can also provide refreshments and some ICT equipment for hourly bookings - please ask for prices when making your booking.

Long-term space hire

All first-floor office spaces are accessible by lift as well as stairs. All tenants benefit from the use of a tea bar and shower on the first floor, and all rooms are networked to the building-wide telephone and data systems. Though the first-floor toilet facilities are not disabled-accessible, accessible toilets downstairs are easily reached by lift. Rent includes rates and utilities, and direct-dial phone and internet connection through the building-wide network is possible for a negotiable additional monthly charge.
